Our guest house in Balatonalmádi is located in the pearl of the northeastern shore of Lake Balaton. Príma Porta Guesthouse awaits those, who want to rest and relax in the center of the town, but in a quiet environment, on a hillside 750 m from Lake Balaton. The guesthouse is located in a calm, pleasant environment, and ideal for rest and relaxation. The central beach of the town can be reached with a comfortable eight-minute walk.
Our guests can enjoy the buffet breakfast on the covered terrace in the garden, which is also panoramic and surrounded by flowers. Breakfast is served on the spot between 8 and 10 am. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
Our rooms are newly renovated, air-conditioned, with 2 or 4 beds, each has its own bathroom (shower and toilet), refrigerator, electric kettle, TV and free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms overlook to the Lake Balaton and have a terrace with a wonderful view. All rooms of the guesthouse are non-smoking!
For rest and relaxation, garden sunbeds and sports equipment are available to our guests. Our common room equipped with TV and pool table is perfect for friendly conversations. Due to its character as a spa town, Balatonalmádi has several beaches and numerous sports opportunities for those who want to relax. You can go fishing, sailing, playing tennis, hiking, horseback riding, and cycling on the bike path. surrounding the lake. It is also worth visiting the wineries offering typical wines of the Balaton highlands.

All rooms of the guesthouse are non-smoking! Check-in: between 13:00 and 18:00. The rooms can be occupied from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the key must be returned by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Please occupy the rooms no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day of our arrival. If this is not possible, please let us know the late arrival. Otherwise, we cannot provide the ordered service. The prices are in EUR and include accommodation fee with buffet breakfast, air conditioning and daily cleaning. Tourist tax: HUF 710, which must be paid on the spot, in cash. Special periods: Friday, Saturday and the nights of public holidays. In the main season, in July and August we accept bookings for minimum 4 nights. Discounts: accommodation is free for children under the age of two, 50% for children under five, and 30% for children under twelve. When making a reservation, please inform us of the arrival of children in all cases! In case of cancellations at the spot or early departures, the full cost of the holiday will be charged. A 33% deposit must be paid for reservations within 1 day. The reservation is considered valid when the down payment has been received on our account, of which we send a confirmation email. In the absence of the down payment, the booking is considered invalid.

We ask our dear guests to take care of the guesthouse, its furnishings and utensils! The rooms can be occupied from 1 p.m., the key must be returned by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside of the building (staircase, corridor, rooms) You can light a fire and smoke in the designated area and only at your own risk! Please everyone take care of your health! We cannot take responsibility for injuries resulting from accidents! Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Breakfast is served on the spot between 8 and 10 am. Cleaning: between 10-13 am Change of bed linen: weekly Towel change: twice a week Only guests who pay the accommodation fee can stay in the guest house. In the closed courtyard, one car can be parked for free per room, in the traditional sense. Due to the terrain, the parking spaces have different features. Thank you for your understanding! The parking lot is not suitable for minibuses, pick-ups and commercial vehicles.

Könnyen megközelíthető,csodálatos panoráma,gyönyörű épület és udvar,bőséges,változatos és nagyon finom reggeli,figyelmes,minden apró részletre kiterjedő kiszolgálás a szállásadók részéről. Nagy köszönettel és hálával tartozom Évának és Ferencnek,akik lehetővé tették,hogy 6 fantasztikus napot tölthettem a Prima Porta Vendégházban. Természetesen visszatérnék!
Fantasztikus 7 napot töltöttem a vendégházban! A szállásadók mérhetetlenül kedvesek, mindig a vendégek kedvében járnak. A reggeli bőséges, változatos, minden nap más-más meleg fogást készítettek! Mikor kiderült számukra az érzékenységem, nekem megfelelően a saját gluténmentes kenyeremből felajánlották, hogy készítenek melegszendvicset, így én sem maradtam ki a finomságból. Ritka az ilyen hozzáállás:) A szobák tiszták, tágasak és csendesek, egyénileg szabályozható klímával felszerelt. Gyönyörű a kilátás a Balatonra. Családok számára is szívből ajánlom, hiszen láttam milyen kedvesen bántak a gyerekekkel:) Az utca végen található egy COOP, valamint annak környékén pékség, étterem! A központ egy 8 perc sétával elérhető, Wesselényi strand kb 15 perc séta. Még egyszer köszönök mindent, amint időm engedi, és az időjárás is kedvező, visszatérek:)
Mosolygós, kedves házigazdák vártak. Az étkezőterasz telis tele van gyönyörű virágokkal, igazán hangulatos! Rend és tisztaság van mindenütt. Kiadós reggelit kaptunk minden nap. Egyértelmű, normális és betartható kéréseket fogalmaztak meg a házirendet illetően. Meredek kaptatón kell a szálláshoz felmenni, de a kilátás többszörösen kárpótol érte! Az ágy matraca kemény volt, ami számunkra nem volt annyira kényelmes.
A reggeli bőséges, ízletes, változatos volt. A vendéglátok mindent megtettek ,hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Az új matracon az alvás is pihentető volt. A tisztaság is egyedülálló volt. Nagyon szépen köszönünk mindent Évának és Ferencnek.
Nagyon kedves fogadtatás, az ágyak igazán kényelmesek (mint később kiderült, a matracok frissen cseréltek), és gyönyörű kilátás a Balatonra.
A szállásadóink nagyon kedvesek voltak, mindenben a segítségünkre voltak. A szobák nagyon praktikusan vannak kialakítva és szép tiszták. A reggeli csodálatos volt és a szállásadóinkkal kellemesen el tudtunk beszélgetni közben. Gyönyörű, gondozott virágoskert és kis játszótér is van. Pároknak, családoknak kitűnő és a strand is csak 3 perc kocsival.
A fogadó házaspár a végletekig kedves volt. Igyekeznek minél kellemesebbé tenni az ottlétet. A szobák jól felszereltek, tiszták, semmi nem volt eltörve, vagy agyonhasználva. A szobákhoz tartozik egy erkély is, gyönyörű panorámával, illetve egy tiszta és jól működő légkondicionáló. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, és külön élményt jelent a jól szellőző kerthelyiségben elfogyasztani azt. Príma Porta Vendégház, köszönöm az élményt, biztosan visszatérek ide.
Éva és Ferenc rendkívül kedves, figyelmes vendéglátók. A szállás kényelmes, tiszta, a reggeli bőséges és változatos volt. A ház, a gyönyörű kert a tulajdonosok keze munkáját, igényességét dicsérik. Mindennel nagyon meg voltunk elégedve, terveink szerint nagyobb létszámban, családtagjaink társaságában még visszatérünk. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom.
Nem tudtuk megvárni a reggelit, ezért hideg csomagot kértünk. Testre szabottan azt kaptuk, amit kértünk, sőt apró kedvességeket is csomagoltak nekünk, ez rendkívül jólesett a túránkon. Nagyon kedvesek a vendéglátók, az ember tényleg vendégnek érzi magát.
Nyugodt, tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, amiben tudnak segítenek! a szállásról gyönyörű a kilátás, tisztaság kiváló!!! Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.
